Webhook not firing

Check the endpoint and destination are active, inspect recent delivery attempts in the dashboard, and confirm your server returns 2xx. A signature mismatch usually means clock skew — verify the timestamp tolerance.

Domain won't verify

Re-run verification to see each check (TXT, MX, DKIM) with the expected vs observed records. DNS can take time to propagate.

Managed address rejected

Only addresses minted by BetterMX verify. Confirm you are using the exact address returned at creation — the signature is part of it.
