Account data (e.g., email, phone number, name, organization), authentication identifiers, and billing information.

Service data: inbound email (headers, addresses, subject, body, attachments), delivery metadata, logs, IP addresses, and usage analytics.

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to process and route your email to the destinations you configure; to prevent abuse and fraud; to communicate with you; and to comply with law.

To deliver the Service we necessarily parse and transmit the content of email sent to your addresses to the destinations you configure (e.g., webhooks, WhatsApp). You are responsible for the lawful basis and consents for processing that content.

We share data with sub-processors that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, payment processors), with destinations you configure, and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and as permitted by law. Message content and logs are retained per your plan and then deleted. Backups may persist for a limited period.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and signed, verifiable addresses. However, no method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We may verify your identity and may decline requests as permitted by law.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and may use limited analytics. You can control cookies through your browser.
